- Columns of slotted, white plastic, magnetic T-card holders affixed to a mounting board
- Color T-cards to track production efficiency
- Arrange T-cards by part and production status or shift
- Classic T-Card Kanban Application
- Each column represents a unique part
- The number of T-cards x the quantity indicated on the card is the the maximum inventory level for that part
- A green tape level (lining tape) sets the number of T-cards for the allotted inventory
- A yellow tape level indicates when additional parts need to be produced
- A red tape level shows if it is time for emergency or immediate production
- Remove cards from the board as a signal to produce more of a particular part
- The T-card board system can also be adapted to your particular Kanban processes
- This Kanban whiteboard includes a FREE kit of whiteboard supplies:
- Magnetic T-Card Holders - white base and add-ons, plastic, 1" slot spacing
- Laser T-Cards - white, yellow, lime, blue, salmon
- Adhesive Letter Set - 1" black for title and column headers
- Charting Tape rolls - 1 each green, red, yellow to indicate Kanban levels
- Hanging or Rolling Assembly and Chalktray Hardware
- Roll-Around style overall height with frame and casters is approximately 76"
- Whiteboard construction is 0.022" coated sheet of solid steel laminated onto a rigid 1/4" hardboard foundation
- Service temperature range = -10F to +160F
- This T-card board system is made for indoor use
- Class C Fire rated
- Aluminum frame: High strength, satin anodized aluminum alloy in an industry standard 45mm square with 10mmT-slot design
- Locking caster sets are load rated to support at least double the weight of the board assembly for ease of rolling and safety
