Detailed Description

What could be simpler than moving magnets to re-schedule and re-direct job flow?
To schedule a job by department or by machine, simply write the job number or its name on a Magnetic Symbol
Place it by the appropriate machine and date line
Symbols may be stacked where multiple jobs are scheduled on the same machine on the same day
This equipment tracking system is designed for daily scheduling of up to two months; however, different time periods can be used by an easy change in the magnetic date headings
Often set up with jobs or tasks down the left side, schedule dates across the top, and finish dates or status (Rush, Hot, Past Due) on symbols in the grid squares
Boards include hidden hanger slots on back

Our process produces a sturdy three-layer construction - the steel is laminated onto a rigid engineered wood foundation and backed with a sheet of aluminum foil as a protective moisture barrier

Aluminum frame: Satin anodized extrusion of 6063 Aluminum-Magnesium-Silicon alloy which is extremely resistant to cracking and corrosion, framed board weighs 2.7 lbs per square foot, depth from board surface face to wall = 9/16" (14.3 mm)
Wood frame: color stained and sealed ash, framed board weighs 3.1 lbs per square foot, depth from board surface face to wall = 15/16" (23.8 mm)
