Rotating Lift-Out Production Schedule Whiteboard Sizing 

• Select panel height for the number of items you are scheduling 
  • 1" per item (plus space for a heading if desired) 
• Select panel width on time span per panel (see samples above) 
  • 1" or more per time period (hour, shift, day) 
• Simply enter your info with Dry-Erase Markers up to several months in the future 
• At the end of the period (one week, two weeks, a month), clean off the current month panel, lift it out, and move it to the end of the line 
• We recommend using a 12" or 18" panel on the left side to list departments, machines, personnel, facilities or whatever you are scheduling 
• This panel will remain fixed as the others are rotated
