What is my order status?

You will receive an order confirmation email when your order is placed which will include a promised ship by date. If you would like an update on your order while it is being made, please call 1-800-334-4245 or email us and we can check for you. 

We manufacture and ship from Indiana. Once your order ships you will receive an email with tracking info. If you can not find either of these emails, please check your SPAM folder.
